Forgotten password
If you’ve forgotten your password simply click the Forgot your Password? link at the bottom of the Login form to be sent a reset link by email.
Click the link in the email you receive to reset your password. You should then be able to log in.
Forgotten email address
Please check for invoices or other communications from Tasjeel – they will usually be sent to the account holders email address.
If you’re not sure what this is you can use the Forgot password link as described above to try any email addresses it might be.
Please do this before you contact support as we won’t be able to confirm any account details with you until you pass security.
If you need to contact us we will ask you to supply a copy of your passport OR photo card driving license.
