Refund Policy

This page (together with the documents referred to on it) tells you the terms of our Refund Policy on products or services purchases on which you may make on our website https://www.tasjeel.ae (“our site”), whether as a guest or a registered user. Please read these terms of our Refund Policy carefully before you start to use the site. By using our site, you indicate that you accept these terms of use and that you agree to abide by them. If you do not agree to these terms of use, please refrain from using our site.

1. Domain Name Refunds

 

1.1 Should you want to cancel your .ae or امارات. (dot Emarat) domain name within the first 3 days of your domain registration, DURRAQ will refund your full domain registration fee minus the credit card processing fee (AED 10). Refunds are not available for customers after 3 days of domain registration. You may however cancel your account at any time. You may need to contact customer service and verify information before cancellation takes place. Customer are requested to submit a ticket requesting canceling the domain name.

1.2 Other Domain registrations (excluding .ae and امارات.) and/or renewals are non-refundable by Durraq FZ-LLC in whole or in part.

1.3 Once a Domain has been registered by the applicable registry,Durraq FZ-LLC is unable to refund any refund in respect of that Domain. This is due to the bespoke nature of Domains and the Client accepts this to be a fair apportionment of risk givenDurraq FZ-LLC’s inability to claim a refund from the relevant registry.

1.4 Any refund on a Domain prior to registration with the relevant registry is entirely atDurraq FZ-LLC’s discretion.

1.5 The Client accepts thatDurraq FZ-LLC is unable to verify or check for errors in Domain registration requests. Accordingly, the Client is solely responsible for ensuring that a Domain has the correct or intended spelling.

1.6 As set out in the General Terms and Conditions and above, Domain registrations are a bespoke purchase to the Client’s specification and accordingly the Client, when a consumer, waives any right to a cooling off period that may be applicable. If the Client as a consumer is not willing to waive such right then the Client must make Durraq FZ-LLC aware of the same and Durraq FZ-LLC will be unable to register a Domain until after the applicable cooling off period has expired.

2 Web Hosting and Website Builder Refunds 

2.1 You may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase for a monthly or annual web hosting plans.

2.2 If you have changed your mind about the product, we will offer a “30-day money back guarantee”. You must notify us within 30 days of opening your tasjeel.ae shared hosting account that you wish to cancel. You will then recieve a full refund for the money paid to the date of termination, minus the domain registration fees which are non-refundable. This guarantee does not apply to domain name registrations, renewals, transfers or Cloud Server Products.

2.3 If the Web Hosting  or Website Builder services you have paid for are faulty or misdescribed you may have a legal right to end the contract or to get the service re-performed or to get some or all of your money back. You must inform us in writitng of the reasons why uou say that the services are either faulty or misdescribed. We will respond to any complaint within 28 days of recipt and inform you whether a redund will be administered.

2.4 After 30 days, you may request an in-store credit for any unused time remaining on your annual plan. Unused time will be prorated based on the date of purchase.

 2.5 When a refund is requested for Web Hosting the web site files are the responsibility of the DURRAQ customer and should a DURRAQ customer decide to cancel their service it is the customer’s responsibility to make sure that they have backed up & downloaded the web site files and any emails from the DURRAQ server prior to requesting that DURRAQ cancels their account. Once the cancelation request has been submitted to DURRAQ a cancelattion of the web site hosting service may occur anytime after the request is received by DURRAQ and when a cancelation request is completed the client’s hosting account with DURRAQ and their web site files are permenantly removed from the DURRAQ servers. Therefore again it is the client’s obligation to ensure that they have downloaded their web site files and any emails from the server prior to their cancelation request..

2 Cloud Hosting Refunds 

2.1 You may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase for a monthly or annual Cloud Hosting plans.

2.2 If you have changed your mind about the product, we will offer a “30-day money back guarantee”. You must notify us within 30 days of opening your tasjeel.ae Cloud Hosting account that you wish to cancel. You will then recieve a full refund for the money paid to the date of termination, minus the domain registration fees (of applicable) which are non-refundable. This guarantee does not apply to domain name registrations, renewals or transfers.

2.3 If the  Cloud Hosting services you have paid for are faulty or misdescribed you may have a legal right to end the contract or to get the service re-performed or to get some or all of your money back.
